Welcome to Mamas Tees. We love custom orders! So, if you like a design but don't see it on the shirt that you want, just ask. Or, if you see a shirt that you like and would like a different color, let me know. We are a fun and dedicated family business. We love what we do
-SHIPPING:
Turn around time is 7-10 business days (BEFORE SHIPMENT) unless otherwise stated on item listing. All orders are handmade. They are processed in the order received and shipped via first class USPS mail (typically 3-5 days). Once your order ships you will receive an email notification that contains tracking info. We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages. If you would like insurance on your package please contact us before shipping.
-RETURNS:
Due to the nature of my items I will not accept returns. Because every item is personalized and custom made just for you. We can not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Prior to checkout please double check your size, color, design and style of your apparel to make sure you are selecting the right option. If it was an error on my part, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after I mail your items and must be postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with Delivery confirmation to qualify for a refund.
-ORDER ADD ONS:
Unfortunately we can not grant order add ons. Please make sure you have everything you need in your cart when checking out. We do not have the ability to edit orders once placed.
-ADDRESS CHANGES:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
-COMMUNICATION:
All inquiries are answered in the order they are received. We try to answer Monday - Friday within 2-12 hours.
-PLEASE NOTE:
Although all items are made with care some please never leave a child unattended. Buyer assumes all responsibility.
-CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
All shirts are machine washable. For best care, turn inside out and wash in cold water. Air dry only, or dry low only! Do not use bleach or iron on the design. Since multiple listings can come in multiple sizes, please message us to receive a size chart if you are unsure of what size to order. As policy lists, returns and refunds will not be issued due to mistakes in sizing.
